Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy.
- Period: We have a 14 day return policy from the day the order arrives at your door.
- To make a return, the goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Please send an email to info@originalkanak.de with the subject 'Return' and the information: order number, name and reason for the return.
- We will give you precise instructions as to where the goods should be returned.
- Please note that as a customer you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Original Kanak does not cover return shipping costs.
- When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly thereafter
